ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We start processing orders placed in our online store as soon as the money is credited to the account, unless the method of payment is collection.
Depending on the products ordered, delivery time may range from 1 to 25 business days.
For gilded and rhodium plated goods - if available - additional time should be added to the completion date ~1-6 business days.

Total lead time:

• Shipments within Poland - 1-5 business days (order processing via www.925.pl) + 2 business days (delivery)

• Foreign shipments - 1-5 business days (order processing via www.925.pl) + 1-5 business days (delivery)

If there is no product, Customer has the following options to choose from:

1. Resignation from the missing item, in this case we will refund the difference to the account specified by Customer.
2. Replacement for a product at a similar price
3. Waiting for missing product
4. In the absence of some ordered goods, the order can be split into 2 shipments

Delays During the Pre-Holiday Period:

1. Due to the increased number of orders and heightened demand during the pre-holiday period, order processing and delivery times may be extended;
2. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays resulting from causes beyond their control, particularly those related to the operations of courier companies or suppliers;
