We start processing orders placed in our online store as soon as the money is credited to the account, unless the method of payment is collection. Depending on the products ordered, delivery time may range from 1 to 25 business days. For gilded and rhodium plated goods - if available - the waiting time is up to 1-3 business days.

1) Shipments sent via Poczta Polska Kurier 48- 1-3 business days (order processing via www.925.pl) + 2 business days (delivery)

2) Shipments sent via UPS- 1-3 business days (order processing via www.925.pl) + 1 business day (delivery)

  • Foreign shipments

1) Shipments sent via Poczta Polska Kurier 48 (Europe) - 1-3 business days (order processing via www.925.pl) + 1-5 business days (delivery)

2) Shipments sent via Poczta Polska. Kurier 48 (World excluding Australia) - 1-3 business days (order processing via www.925.pl) + 1-6 business days (delivery)

3) Shipments sent via UPS (Europe and the world) - 1-3 business days (order processing via www.925.pl) + 1-5 business days (delivery)

If there is no product, Customer has the following options to choose from:

1) Resignation from the missing item, in this case we will refund the difference to the account specified by Customer.

2) Replacement for a product at a similar price

3) Waiting for missing product

In the absence of some ordered goods, the order can be split into 2 shipments
