ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We make every effort to ensure that your shipment reaches you as soon as possible. However, certain production stages and additional options require more time, and we care about the best quality of our products and services.
Below you will find the additional services listed, along with the time that, once selected, should be added to the standard delivery time:
- Engraving service - additional 5-10 working days,
- Gold plating and rhodium plating - additional 1-3 business days,
- Anti-Tarnish plating - additional 1-3 working days,
- In addition, soldered ring, tarnishing and brushing, products with embedded stones - additional 2-5 working days,
- Additional product protection in the form of separate packaging - additional 2 working days,
Please also notice that:
- We produce gold items to order, hence the production time is up to 21 working days,
- In addition, if the number next to the availability of the product is 0 or very low, it means that the item is in production, hence the lead time is then about 14-25 business days.
- Personalized products, i.e. engraved, with surface change or soldered ring and gold and custom-made items - are not returnable.
We start processing orders as soon as the payment is credited.
